Sadly, this was a Spell piece that just didn’t work for me. I would have preferred a softer fabric that glided around curves. I found this fabric a little too itchy … but that’s just me. I’m sure it’s stunning on someone else, on me the color washed me out.
So, back she went.

It’s a beautiful piece and as a person not hugely into florals, I favour Spell items which are more neutral. Great quality, although you do have to be careful with not pulling the yarns, as it’s easy to catch on things. No regrets buying it though. I’m an XS or S in Spell and bought a S in this. I wear a slip under it (doesn’t come with).
