RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elevate store performance by driving success and innovation
• Take charge of stock control and inventory management to ensure seamless operations
• Own the store’s KPIs, strategically steering the business to exceed its objectives
• Lead creative visual merchandising efforts in perfect sync with dynamic marketing strategies
• Create memorable moments by assisting with curator experiences and special events
• Deliver insightful monthly reports, providing a clear view of the store’s progress and growth
• Empower and inspire your team, creating a culture of excellence and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with HR to drive innovative team training and foster professional development
• Lead by example, inspiring your team to surpass goals and achieve success

  

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and dedicated retail leader with at least 5 years’ experience managing customer-facing teams to play a key role in launching and driving the success of our new Residency Store in Manly. Our ideal candidate will not only be a retail operations guru but know how to engage a team and lead our customers on an elevated journey of service excellence.
