How to Order

Select a product and add it to your shopping cart. You may  remove items or change quantities at any time. If you wish to add items to the order, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button or continue to checkout.
If you are a returning customer please login, your details will already be on file. If you are a new customer, please fill in the required information as we need these details for shipping purposes. You will then be directed to Checkout which displays your order and shipping details and payment methods. Please select a payment method, review your invoice and then confirm your order. You may view or print your order details online. Your purchase will be shipped immediately your order is confirmed. Your order is now complete and you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly.

Direct Deposit
After purchase ,you will receive an e-mail which is a receipt of your purchase ,please click on the link at the bottom ."View order" and you will be redirected to your account .The bank details are in the heading.We will email you as soon as your deposit clears and advise you of the shipping details as well as when you may expect delivery of your purchase

Paypal
You are welcome to make payment through Paypal. On checkout just indicate Pay Pal and you will be redirected to their site .They have a secure system and all your details are protected.

Returns and Exchanges
Spell offers a refund or exchange on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Postage is not refundable unless items are faulty. Please email me first.
Items will need to be returned by registered mail, as we cannot be held liable for items lost by Australia Post
