They receive only the personal information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order, and are under strict obligation to keep this private.

It is important for you to note that once you purchase a product from us it is necessary for us to collect information from you to deliver your products. If you wish to remain completely anonymous you may e-mail us and we will provide our information to you directly.
If you do not want us to store this information, please enter this into the comments field when registering, or contact us at any time after placing your order, and we will remove your details from the database once your order is complete. If you choose to do this, you will need to re-register each time you place an order and repeat this process.

Spell does not retain credit card details in our system at any time. Credit Card Payments are done through Pay Pal secure system.

Please do not email us your credit card details, as this information will not be encrypted and thus not be a secure method of transmission.
All Items purchased with us must be paid for within 14 days, if not the order will be cancelled and goods returned to stock.
